Hover over bbcode

Hi, on my forum I have a medal system which shows a list of medals that a member has earned using the text field.
However, I want it so that when they hover over a medal they can see which one it is.
Is this possible with a script???

Thanks for the help! However, thats not possible on forumotion. I want these awards in the profiles of my members, and the profiles don't support html.
