Description of problem

I'm trying to get the Avacweb chatbox to work, but I'm having some trouble doing it...

This is where I got the chatbox thingy from...

It says to add some CSS in Step 1, which I did. Step 2 is what confuses me; I don't know how to add the AWC Config...

Please help!
