how to add one more link

hi

am new here 

i want to add like i have ( HOme, forum, members, groups,)

i want to add more in it ( Home, forum, cricket, IPL, members, groups,)

and how to make link for cricket i want it open in new HTML page where i want to add video and chat in it both must b beside

Homepage then Headers & Navigation

goto acp>modules>HTML pages management
create a new html page in advanced mode

as far as adding more links to nav bar

goto acp>display>Headers & Navigation

click Add a customized menu

i tried by what said on above about for more navbar links but not works

i have do that in css ?

but i how do i add a nav bar in which html page i created ?   and i want to add that in horizontal

enable header and footer on html page you make

i tried out in what   explained in previously mentioned regarding intended for a lot more navbar hyperlinks and not operates

i've got do this in css?
