Help with Txt displaying

I am trying to alter the text for my forums postings like this one so I can see it as I type. It is not showing unless I highlight it and in Admin mode under display nothing shows that when I change fixes this issue!

Sorry I'm not with you. Where is this "Black Box"? This issue is on all my text field when trying to create or post a topic etc.. Where in the Admin interface>Display >Pictures and colors>colors would I resolve this issue.

i FIXED THE ISSUE. Under forum messages the option is there. Thanks
