URGENT! FORUM HACKED! NEED HELP!

HELP! I am the admin of a forum named BelieveInWinx. The original owner is still in touch, but recently he sent us an email telling us that the forum has been hacked! Is there in any way you guys can access his account and change his log in details as well as his email? The hacker has tried to delete the forum twice already!

May you ask the Founder of your forum to come on here himself, forumotion will provide support or help for anything if the Founder asks. If you ask him/her to come here and post then the staff can help him/or re gain control of his account.

Meanwhile ask your forum's Founder to see if he can access his/her forum utilites which can be found here: . https://www.forumotion.com/utils if he/she can get in they could get direct access to their ACP and reset their password, e-mail etc and have control of the forum again.
