When and if when the contributions or donations be able again to FM admins?

The contributions are available to every admin of a forumotion forum. To enable this go to ACP-->Missiclanoues-->Credits Management find allow contribution link, tick yes and save.

This is working as already said but we will no longer be using paypal for forum donations from your members. But you can set up your own button by using Paypal settings but we do not offer support for that.

Hmm weird, there should be an option SOMEWHERE! I will admit, I searched my acp real thoroughly on my test forum and could not find it. Weird, my real forum has it, I enabled it from my acp. Very weird.

Donations on new forums created after September will not have the link and on some existing forums you might have the link but it varies greatly on multiple conditions and its computerised so you can imagine its quite a strict system.
However the donation paypal option won't be available to anyone.
