Do not know how to do this semi transparent [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I made 4 of the Navigation Bars Buttons Staff Page 1Message with the red circle calendar and Easy Forum buttons.

I need the 2 message buttons to blink (Red and blue circle) and be semi transparent and made into one button I need all the buttons to matches with the other Navigation Bars buttons Thank You for your help. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
