    Solved Keep Getting 'This Page Cannot be Displayed' when Trying to Access the Forum Domain

    Description of problem

    I keep getting a 'This Page Cannot be Displayed' when trying to access the forum address.  However the forum's portal can be reached using the cache, but all forum buttons bring me back to 'This Page Cannot be Displayed' message.  I have tried to use the 'Founder's Utilities link' , but I was unable to gain access.

    Hello,

    Have you tried adding /forum to the url? This should automatically take you to the forum part of your site. As a guest I can not access (through permissions) any page except the portal, otherwise I get re-directed to login page. This does make a tad difficult to re-create the problem. Any way you could try clearing your browsers cache and cookies. You said this happens for ALL members?
