    I purchased 1000 credits on March 18th since my domain renewal is up in 45 days. I have not yet received the credits after checking the summary on my forum.

    I also have a big problem, Am in Ghana(WEST AFRICA) the only payment available is paypal and perfect money, i have been searching for solution on how to pay for months, I dont know what to do now...Any help

    Hello,

    You may need to wait until Buttercup the Pro-Admin comes in on Monday, she and the other admins are off for the weekend. They will know the most about Credits and stuff.

    If you can't use the payment methods provided then unfortunately there is nothing FM can do I'm afraid.
