Cant access Forum on IPhone

Had a PM from a member who is having problems accessing the site on his I Phone, any suggestions please....

Can he access any other forumotion forum or any other website? I mean I don't think I really need to mention he has wifi right? Also is he viewing it from the mobile version? What type Iphone is it? Information is crucial.
