Notification tool bar won't drop down

Hello

I have a member using an iPad who cannot drop down on her notification tool bar. She see's the toolbar, it says she has notifications however when she clicks on it, nothing happens. She can't get in to see the notifications.

Any suggestions?

• Which mobile device she uses
  
• Maybe a screenshot of it(?)

She is using a mobile, iPad. The screen shot will not assist with anything, it's just the Notifications tool bar, nothing happens when she clicks on it. It won't drop down.

Yes it works except for this particular user that I mentioned upthread that is using a mobile iPad, it isn't working.

but can you answer my question?

is she using mobile or Classic version from her iPad?
and can you ask her to clear her cache/cookie on safari?

Hi Niko - I mentioned several times, mobile version iPad. Yes, she cleared her cookies/cache on Safari.

Have you upgrade your iOS to 8.3 version? There is an update available which it contains new bug fixes.

She has the updated version. Perhaps it is a conflicting program on her iPad that is causing the issues.
