How do I de-activate a "Forum Under Construction" message?

When the problem appeared : When a potential member notified me on another forum.

Hello,

Thank you so very much for taking the time to review and assist me with my issue.

Apparently, I have somehow activated a message indicating the Forum is Under Construction - or whatever the exact wording is.

How do I turn this message off?!?!  OMGosh, what have I done now?!?!?! lol

Please give me step-by-step, very simplistic directions as I am EXTREMELY NON-computer knowledgeable.  lol

Go to your administration panel > Click tap General > Go to  Forum > Configuration you we see Forum in construction put (NO)
