How to set a USERNAME variable for automatic messages? Empty Re: How to set a USERNAME variable for automatic messages?

Hello,

You just have to change the {username} to
Code:
{USERNAME}
. It has to be all capitals.

That will show the user's username Smile.

Also try using bbcode instead of html, the field may not support it.
Hope this helps,
-Brandon

Hi, I was under the impression that this message was typed in bbcode. I was using the visual editor and it was forumotion that had automatically converted my message into the coding.
