Appears to be a glitch in the admin panel with new forum registrations.
My username loads into their email address section as per attacked screen shot.  How can I stop this happening.

I have noticed this as well on my Forum with the founders account.
The only way i fixed it was to clear saved passwords and usernames on my browser and it worked for a while.

This is a known issue that has been reported.  When you are in the administration panel, you need to make sure that you do not have anything activated that remembers passwords or usernames.
