    I'm banned from a particular forum I think it was for mentioning that their register page did not fit in with Forumotion TOS... Now they banned me SadSadSadSadSadSadSad

    When you guys issue a report, you don't keep the report anonymous?

    If they get a report, they send the offense and any warning(s) to the admin panel of the forum, but I don't believe they include who reported it. So maybe they just suspected you...

    An administrator can ban a member for any reason they want.

    Report an Abuse is only visible to administrators in the administration panel.  That does not stop administrators posting about it on their forums.
