I'm not very PC savvy so not sure what i'm doing!! 

I've built my forum & added it to my website.. But the mobile version wasn't working properly?  So read through these forums & discovered i needed to force the templates for the mobile section.. which i did.. 

Then my Mobile forum was showing in the old classic blue format.. So i did the same force template publishing thing with ALL the template section.. & now my forum won't work at all on a mobile! 

Pls can someone help me?   As i said i'm not that pc savvy so don't really know what i'm doing!!  coding etc!!???

Where did you get the code to force it from? What is your forum version? Punbb? Are you the founder?

Its phpbb2..  & I'd changed all colours & fonts to a pink.. Which it still is on my website page.. 


However the mobile version is not working at all now.. its just a blank screen.. ?

After I went to the 'mobile version' section in the Templates section, i did that thing where i had to click the settings wheel.. & then it showed up green saying PUBLISHED next to 'DEFAULT VALUE' 

Then my mobile version.. was actually working ok but had a blue classic skin?   So i did the same method as above for every section in the Template Group??!!  General.. Portal.. etc... (don't think i should of!)

So they all now say 'PUBLISHED' in GREEN...  But now my MOBILE site won't work.. 

& my pc version has changed..?   I can't add posts etc!!???   

Please can u help me?

Do you mean the mobile or classic version?

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

You said you modified the templates? So what did you change in them to make it view the classic version by force?

I Published my Mobile Version section.. 

Then noticed my site was back in classic version on my mobile.. ??

So i published all the other templates too, thinking that would sort it.. 
So i think i need to UNPUBLISH all the other templates?  from general down  to profile???   But don't know how to?  I've clicked on the settings wheel.. but can't find that option?

Are you modifying any of the mobile templates?  What are you exactly publishing?  The publish symbol is not the yellow cog.

When you modify a template and press the save button, there should be a green x to press to publish the modified template.

yes i was modifying the mobile version template.. 
But when i viewed it on my mobile, it was a 'classic version' in blue.. 

So i modified all the other templates!!  (der)  thinking that would solve it.. but its made it worse!   sorry!   what do i do?   pls?

What exactly were you trying to do?

So you added the forum to a website?  How does the forum look using a mobile device when you exactly visit the forum?

So on a mobile device you can not load your forum?

no not since i modified all them other templates!  

Plus now when i go to edit my forum on my pc..  its all changed!  & i can't add posts etc.. like before?

Go ahead an remove whatever you have modified.

will this not delete the whole forum?

It will only delete the modified templates which will be returned to the default templates.

so i just click that red cross for delete?? 

That will delete the whole template though won't it ?    

(eg.. agreement... buy credits... confirm body.. etc )

It only deletes the modified template.  It reverses back to the default one.

i don't know!  I'm sorry!!  I Modified & published all in the 'Mobile version' list .. from error-body  to  view topic poll result??

I've deleted all the other templates too... but it still isn't giving me the option to post new posts etc!!??   ahh what have i done? !!

right, i can see the 'POST NEW' button now.. but its moved to the left? instead of right.. & is a white see through colour? 

Don't know what to change to get it back to how it was?  Looked through the editor & found the list with the colours etc..  but not sure what its called?  Table header?? drop down menu???   I don't know lol
