Domain name problems

I registered domain name expires on 1/6. http://www.bigbangfam.com/
But when I buy credits in order to renew the domain name forum I suddenly have the domain name (though I have not bought)
And announce: '' Your domain name printed Expires: 362 days _ You can not renew your domain name for the moment .... ''
Please ask if my forum is having problems? And how to solve?
