Hi

I'm urgently trying to get access to my founder account of my forum so that I can delete a very inappropriate image that has been posted on there.  The problem is I have forgot my password to this account, and that the email address I used when I created my forums, I have long since deleted that email address.  

I have looked in the FAQ and it says to PM Buttercup with the relevant info, but I have not yet posted enough messages to send PM's!  

Please advise what I can do.

Oh it's OK now.  Just realised I only need to post just one message to be able to send PM's.  So I'll do that now and hopefully solve my problem.  In the meantime if you could please leave this thread here for the meantime at least, otherwise if it's deleted my postings will go back to 0 and I won't be able to send PM's again.  Thanks

Yes I read that thread.  But I had to post a message to ask for advice as it said I hadn't posted enough messages to send PM's.  Didn't know how many messages was required.  But then realised only one message was required.

I have sent the PM to Buttercup.  Just awaiting a reply back again and hopefully my problem resolved.

Ok, just so you are aware, Buttercup will offline until tommorow morning, so expect atleast that long for a reply. If it is urgent, I would advise sending a pm to a different staff such as Derri (who is online now) so they can reset it for you more quickly. Just a friendly note there for you, of course it is your decision, just wanted to let you know about Buttercup not being online until tommorow.

P.s if you think the topic solved and mark it, the staff will just lock it and move it, they dont delete topics here .
