How to publish swf from HTML Code?

Description of problem

Hi all! I have problem when I try to publish my swf from HTML code in all threads, u can see how is looks like in preview mode, and after I send message of publish whatever.

Do you have HTML activated in the administration panel and your profile?

Yes I have, HTML is activated from my Administration Panel.

What about your profile?

Profile > Preferences
Always allow HTML:  Yes

I told u that is unchecked (HTML is alowed) in preview mode I see swf file from code, but when I press button (send) I see only code! 

U can see all in my first post how is looks like in preview and posting message.

In all other's forums this code works, but only in forumotion not work! 

You have not answered my question about your profile.  There are two places you have to activate HTML:  administration panel and each member's profile.

I tried your code on my forum, and it worked.

I don't know what u means in my profile (how to find that) can u explain to me with screenshots, or make guide how to do that!

Aghhh, sry I find out what is the problem! Conflict bug in forum with my prefered language, when I get back English for prefered lang now is work. And sry for my grammar, English is not my native lang! lel
