    Hi, i was wondering if someone could give me codes that would make my forums look like this https://i.imgur.com/SCIZAMQ.png
    it's from this forum http://xenonduelacademy.lightbb.com/forum i want to make that forums tools appear on my top page on the image and also make the buttons under the main image and glow when you hover over them with the mouse

    You could always just ask them. Apart from that, the Forum Tools are simply googled. Just create one of the sort and place it on top via CSS and same goes for Search option.
