Remove Topic List Box in Sub Forum

anybody, please help me! i have tried in any way in order to eliminate this part, i think by using javascript i can eliminate, the problem is i can't using javascript.
plese please help me!

if you create a forum in the forum, and you enter the first forum, you will see an important topic under there, along with the post button.
i want to remove that part.
