How to move the forum body box?

Description of problem

Hi there! I would like to know if there is a way to move the forum body box.
By that I am if there is a way to change the distance of the body from the top through css or script?

I would like to have about 200px space between the top of the page and the forum body.

Add the following rule to your stylesheet :
Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet

1. How do I add a custom banner image/div to fill the space?

2. Can I make the forum body background & border transparent ONLY in user profile pages?
