Ive Made a Html Page, But Like Where Does It Go On Your WEbsite So People Can Access It.

You should see a table of all the html pages you have made. In that table is a column for the url where the page resides. You have to link it somewhere on your forum for people to easy access to it. Usually changing your nav bar header to include a link to it is what people like to do, but it kind of depends on where you want the link to show up at. It is there and anybody that knows the url can get to it, but to make it easier you need to link to it somewhere.

Admin => General => nav links => add a new link. Get the html page link and make a new header.
