Signature problem

In the first screenshot, I would like to know if there is a possibility of removing of what is shown on the screenshot.

Also, I showed you guys the current signature which is 'Test'.

I have saved that, but still - my old signature is showing - screen shot --> http://prntscr.com/7z6i1q

Any suggestions on how to remove the annoying line and how to un-FREEZE my signature?

first you can change this break line from admin panel ► general ► Messages and e-mails ► Configuration
you will see an option called
Post / signature separator
change it as you like i think to make it none just delete the content
about why it did not change
as far as i know if you have a post which have the old signature
it will not changed when you change the signature the new signature will be applied with the new posts this all i know
