Chat box text color change/shadow change

Some pretty advanced coding... Ik this will probably require some type of Js.

But I want to know that when a user types in the text in the chat box text field, when they press enter or send, the text fades out of the text box and then fades into where it would normally just pop up at

when a user sends a message in the chatbox, i want the string they typed to fade away and fade into the chatbox where sent user messages are displayed.
