HTml password

Hi this is mi fisrt post. i would like, only to view my HTML pages registered users, because they are spreading my VIP links. For example to VIP forum only vip member access, the html pages are posted there, i want the html pages have a user authentication that only vip members can see them. on paid forums i have seen that. like for example User: kacman Password: 123456 is on vips when he visits and html pages it will ask for user and password,and the system should check if he is on vips list, something like a database, Thanks. My english i excelent but i didnt know how to explain it.
