Detail description : I need moving flames on all of my buttons, home, music,members, logout , login , sing up , etc... like the picture I included, so when I hover over the buttons they pop up in flames.

Post a GIF of that fire and I can copy it for you. From a static image I don't know how it's flaming.
And post all the nav bar images, I'm not registered on your forum and can see only some of them.
