Hi, on my new forum lssaaua.motionforum.net users are unable to login with pc browsers...firefox,IE,chrome,opera etc. even i cant login. after inputing username and password it is supposed to load to the index or portal as the case may be. but it doesnt, it just goes back to the login page again. users can only login successfully through mobile phone browsers. please what can cause this? because of this same issue i deleted my other forum. thanks in anticipation.

Let me see if I understand correctly, your saying on computers your forum won't let anyone login but on a mobile device it does? You say all users, not just you have this problem, correct? If so, may you provide us with screenshots of the issue as well as the url to your forum?

Yes every user not just me. the url is lssaaua.motionforum.net only through mobile have we been able to login.

May you provide us with a test account? One without Admin rights? That way we can run tests to see if we can duplicate the problem.

Ok, I managed to login just fine, though I am using my phone on classic version.


Someone else may have to test it from a pc .

I was able to log in just fine on PC (Firefox).

Are you getting any kind of message when you or your members try?

Yeah, just add on to what SLGray asks, if you do get an error message, may you provide a screenshot of it?

as for the others, I managed to login correctly.. did you have the same problem even with the login through the test account you provided?
