Mobile version in iframe

hello .
I would like a html page , that contains many feeds from externals websites and id like to add a small window-iframe of my forum in mobile version.
Is it possible something like this?

As far as I know, the mobile version is only viewable to certain useragents that are considered mobile devices. Without modifying your useragent there's really no way to display the mobile version, at least to my knowledge. You can see this topic for viewing the mobile version on your desktop though.
