    Solved Do high level mods work on the weekends?

    I need assistance with a founders p/w issue. I followed the instructions and sent an email to Derri last night and have patiently waited but have gotten no response. Is there anyone who can flip the admin reset switch?

    Hello,

    Try sending a pming to a different Manager who may be on, all the staff with the exception of the admins and techs are volunteer and have lives outside here. If one isnt on, try sending it to another, there is usually atleast 1 or 2 on in a day or two.


    If you want, you can pm me the info and I will put in a request, that way any manager who comes on will see it and can handle it. Very Happy

    I only sent one pm to Derri, and I waited 24 before Brandon offered to help. I thank both him and you! I was successful in resetting and should be good to go now.
