To do this all you need to do is go to: ACP(Admin Panel) > General > Forum > Categories and forums > Categories and forums click the green plus sign, in the page it takes you to, there will be a drop down box at the top, select 'Category' from this drop down box, in the information for the category then hit save.

Why do you need a screenshot? Making a category is relvativelly simple and I just virtually walked you through it. I am just trying to understand your problem better is, also please do the topic of your title as my colleague Ape said. Until you do, I will be unable to offer you amymore support
