by dday75 February 4th 2018, 6:45 amHello to whoever reads this. Having trouble creating forum for the same reason as many have posted. " e- mail belongs to an existing account." I believe I was on here many years ago on a forum someone else created. I had tried to login as well as retrieve my passwords but system did not attach my e-mail to the username I provided. I then registered again, received verification e-mail and verified my account. I still cannot create a forum and get same " e-mail belongs to an existing account." error message. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
