Creating a new Nav link for VIP's.

Ok. This is kind of complicated, but it would be totally awesome if this could happen!>...

I want to create a chat room for VIP Members only on my forum. Is it possible that I can make like a totally separate chatbox/forum for them to chat on? When VIP's click on this link, I want them to go to a lounge, like a forum that only THEY can access. Nobody else. Is this possible???

So what im trying to say is, can I make a new HTML page, who's main url is still my site name (http://hankthetank.canadian-forum.com), and make a nav bar to it??

You can have private links, but for seperate chatboxs, no. Forumotion only offers 1 chatbox.

How do I add catagories to this?
