    as the member when they do register they inter there email adress .. so how i can send for all once ??

    Hey there,

    It's important to notice that if you want to send a newsletter to everyone on your forum, you must create a group with automatic subscription.

    Go to your Admin CP>> User & Groups >> Groups >> Group Administration >> Add

    Then, just create a group and select the option "Group auto-subscribe : Yes". Set up the minimum amount of posts (0 or 1). Everyone from your forum will me automatically included and you can select them when creating a newsletter.

    You do not have to create a group to send a newsletter to all members.

    What do you mean? I thought it was needed to create a group but that was before an update. My mistake. TT So you just need to write your newsletter and send it to all members. Smile
