    How do I send email to non members announcing that theres a new forum and the registration is for free. etc. etc.

    I have once tried that but forgot where it is and I've been searching for it ever since.

    If they are a non member how would you even know their email address? Either I don't understand what you are wanting to do, or it can't be done. I guess I don't know what you think a "non member" is.

    here is a other way put you logo and link to some other page ( friends page) so others can see and join you Very Happy as travis_cooper say :If they are a non member how would you even know their email address? Very Happy

    What you're talking about is some sort of invitation service, so members can invite friends, is that what you mean? If that is the case, this has been suggested, I don't know if it is still open, or if it has been rejected yet, but you can go look. However, I don't think that is what the OP is talking about, but perhaps it is. I still need clarification to know what you really want to do so I can answer your question better.

    I think he mean that he want to send mails to some he already know the mail-addresses to,,,,,,,,,,,but directly from his forum.Maybe i think wrong,dunno Smile

    Well, something like that could be done by expanding the "Actions!" menu to the top right of your board and selecting "send to friend". This can also be adressed directly by using this link:

    Thanks for posting that Sunny_D, I learned something new today. Although I still don't know what the OP really is trying to do. I wish they would come back and respond.
