domain name problem

Hello,

I recently purchased via forumotion a domain name for my forum. I had it configured for a few days and it was working as www.[blah].com showing up on the address bar as it should and everything..and also with the old address [blah].forumotion.com. In the control panel on the top the address was www.[blah].com and today for no reason it has reverted back to [blah].forumotion.com ....

Also if i use the "Force the redirection of the URL" option it shows up as http://blah.com instead of www.blah.com .. .what up with that ?
