    In progress Personal Calendar

Post by mcdk November 25th 2015, 2:06 pm

    Hello everyone!
Well I have a question guys.
I would like to ask you if it is possible for each member of my forum to add his own events direct to the calendar.
So Im asking if it is possible for each user to have his own calendar.
My forum has students so the reason I want that is to give them the opportunity to them to have organised their studying.
If it is not possible via forumotion , do you know If I can achive it via cookies ?
I have a webhosting package I bought the domain , so is there any way to upload a script that works via cookies ?
I dont know if it is clear what Im asking.
    Thanks.

    Hello,

I don't believe its possible via the default options available in the acp (admin panel), I am not sure if it is possible to do using code or if it is, if a script has been developed for something like this yet.

Is it possible at least to get something like this for each of my member in an external html page?
So they will have their own place to save their studying time.

As I said, it may be possible to do via coding, however, I am not 100% positive as code is not my strongest suite. Maybe @Ange Tuteur would know if it is possible and if so, how it can be achieved. Smile

P.s Just so you know, in case you didn't already know, there is an official Greek Support Forum where you can recieve support in your native language. Of course your always welcome to get support here as well, I just wanted to let you know about it.

It is kind of tricky to do what you want. I do suggest you however to create a profile field. That way, they'll be able to edit and save whatever they wish to. It is also possible to do a form where it would post in a hidden forum and, from there, he could post and edit freely (which still would be way more complicated).
