    Post by kic Mon 7 Dec 2015 - 17:52

an user is complaining that on my forum her anti-virus software blocks numerous infection threats and that only happens while browsing our forum: http://ex-iskon.forumcroatian.com/

    like this pop-up:
    Infection blocked!
X Xsystem shield has blocked a threat.
    Infection:HTML:Script-inf

and sometimes it loges them out :/

    what do?

    Hello,

Please ask the user to try putting your forum on their anti virus's safe list. If that still doesn't work, then please ask them to provide what anti virus program they use, so that way our pro staff can maybe give the anti virus software maker a call to get forumotion removed from their lists.

I can assure you forumotion and its forums are completely safe and virus free. Very Happy There is also a very small possibility that an ad could be triggering this, if so we will need the source code of the ad or the url of the ad (by clicking it) and our pro staff will contact the ad master about. Wink
