How to make smaller this info, i can't update infos in profiles?

How to make smaller resolution, or what's this, thank you.

What is your forum URL.I tried clicking the link in your profile but that is linked to your gmail.
edit: I Can see it now in your post i had to reply in order to see it.
This is an easy fix.
To edit info in a profile you either:
1) need to be that user.
or
2) Be an admin and there will be a button that says administrate profile click that it should open the ACP, From there you can edit the users profile.

Yes the problem can be removed by simply adjusting the

of that area.
