Could not obtain rpg users infos

Description of problem

As you can see, we are having an error called "Could not obtain rpg users infos" when we try to see threads. I believe it doesn't happen in all threads but I'm not sure when it happens as well.

For example; I was able to enter some thread in the forum. When I posted something to that thread, it started showing this error. It's the same with other threads that I didn't write as well.

We don't know what caused this since it just started to happen without our doing. Thanks for help!

We are using RPG features but it's nothing new. We have them since the beginning. So I'm not sure what changed, because we didn't touch anything. It seems it is fixed right now but I would like to know the reason for it. *-*

Was the issue happening when you were viewing profiles or reading topics?

Topics only, as far as I could see.

It was fine for few days and it happens again :') -we didn't touch anything just like before-

Does this happen all day long or at certain times?

It seems randomly. I mean it starts happening, goes for few hours and disappears.

Please check to see if the issue has been fixed.

It wasn't fixed I believe. We had to close the RPG feature. So I'm not sure if it happens right now. Did you guys make any change? Should I try so?

Another staff member on a different support forum reported it.  The main office says it should be fixed now.

Alright then, I'm trying to reactivate RPG pages.

Please clear your browser's history and cache.

If this does not work, please post a screenshot of the error message page.

Dat strange, cuz Im still using this feature and dun see anything wrong.
