    Solved Domain Expired

    Post by Guardian-Angel January 13th 2016, 1:45 am

When I type in  my forum's url, I get this?? It says my domain has expired.

    Domain Expired Captur16

If I choose the link it takes me to my forum, however, that should not appear that way when typing in the url address.

Please advise at your earliest convenience.

ETA: each time we refresh it kicks us out, please check into this asap.

ETAA: My url has changed from bachandbachettefans.net to

    http://bachandbachettefans.forumotion.com/forum

Is there anyone around that can please let me know what is happening?

    Thanks

I apologize for the double post, but is there anyone that can answer my question as to what's happening to my forum?

    Thank you

Is the expiration correct, or do you still have time?  If it has truly expired, you need to stop the redirection in your administration panel.

I have never had to deal with an expired forum. All of a sudden we are getting the redirect. Please tell me where I can change it in the AP so I can fix it. I will check into why this is happened, later.

I took over from the founder who disappeared Aug 2013. buttercup did the switch for us. I am the only Administrator set up username Admin and GuardianAngel are the two usernames set up. I usually go in my AP panel when I'm signed in as GuardianAngel. I see now under Admin, the message is there that the domain expired. I see I have no credits, how do I get credits in the first place? This happened last year sometime, and I was told I didn't need credits, the issue was fixed.

Thanks. I bought credits and it's resolved. I've never had to buy credits for our forum.

Forum was created March 2011, and no credits were ever purchased.

Can you direct me to where I can get all the details about credits and how I can accumulate them for our forum.
