Circle images are just images. To have an image of a forum you just need to dd the link to the image on the specific forum'd settings or creation.

A little confused what you are asking.

To access the thread I sent you, you just need to click the link. If you want to add a picture you need to:

Admin Panel > General > Categories and Forums

Hit the yellow gear icon on which forum you want to add the picture and then enter the link on the field that says "Image URL". If you have an image from your computer, you can upload it and get a URL by going to Display > Pics Management. If you see an image online or you see one on the forum you can right click on it and view image and then copy the URL or link and paste it into the box that says "Image URL"
