Hello! I have recently discovered that every time I browse my forum without logging in, the "latest topics" widget simply disappears. I do have the configuration enabled so the widget is visible for everyone and even though I've checked and tried almost everything by now, nothing really seems to work. Any ideas on what can be causing this kind of trouble? Thanks in advance.

What is the link to your forum?

Go to the widget page and edit the Latest Posts widget. Make the permissions "Guests".

We're still working on it lol. When logged in, the "latest topics" widget shows up right under that 115x150 image block in the left... When logged out, well, it just doesn't show up at all, even if I change the permissions (right now it's on "guests"). If it helps, we've added codes to modify some aspects of the appearance but I already tried removing those and the problem is still there.

Try removing the widget and adding it back.

That's really weird, because I've asked a friend if she could check it out and she told me it didn't show up for her either... Here's what I see:

Question:  Is your forum viewable by guests?  I mean can read the topics.  If no, they will not see the recent topic widget.

Do you even have recent topics on your forum?

@Poizy it doesn't seem to show any posts in the forums, but you do have posts. Are the posts from a forum hidden from guests or members? If so, those topics would not appear in the "Latest Topics" widget.
