    How can I post threads (as Admin), and how can I set my forum so members can post and answer threads as well?

    Hello,

    Just make sure the forum permissions are set so members 'write and reply' in the sections administration. You can do this in ACP (Admin panel)-->General-->Categories and configuration-->find the sections you want members to be able to do this in, hit the orange gear/tog icon to modify, go to permissions 'Can write and reply': Members save.
