Members have suddenly stopped receiving email notifications lately with the only remedy for them being changing their e-mails which is seriously annoying. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

May I ask what specifically are the e-mail notifications for (a watched topic, pm, etc)? If for a watched topic, tell them to make sure that are indeed watching the topic. You can tell if you are not because of what the link will say, if they are not watching a topic, the watch a topic link will appear as 'Watch this topic' , if they are watching a topic, the watch a topic link will appear as 'Stop watching this topic'. If they are not watching a topic, then they will not recieve email notifications. Tell them to make sure that they are watching the topic. They should also check that they have email notifications ticked in their profile.
