Claim an unused url?

Hello everyone!

I have a question. I wanted to register a forum, but I saw that the URL was already in use.
I checked the forum, but it doesn't seem like there's anything done in years! Is there a way I can still claim this url?

It is possible with a different suffix for the sub-domain. However make sure you know what the other site's suffix is.

If the address is already used then no not really but if you post the URL here i can then ask if the Pro staff can see if the forum is used still and if No it can be deleted.

But i Do not know when this will be done.

So i should PM a pro admin about this and ask them to delete the forum? where can I do that?

NO no lol just post the URL of the site you are talking about and if its a FM forum i will ask the pro staff for you.

But as i said it may not be done or it may take days to have it done as we may have to Email the old founder first.

You may be better off just making a small change to the URL to make your own.

This is the forum i'm talking about! it just looks really weird and not active at all, and i would really like the url!

ok i will ask for the forum to be looked at and if its not used or the founder has not logged in then the forum may be deleted.

EDIT: its was removed and I claimed the url! Thank you!! this is solved now

Hello the forum has been Deleted and may take upto 2 days for the domain name to become free but you are welcome to try now if you like.
