What on earth does legitimate mean?! Can you give an example for the option called 'Finished, report legitimated' and for 'Finished, report unlegitimated'

Legitimate means real or authenticated.

Thanks, can you give a description for what it means by 'faulty' and 'faulty, archived' because I don't understand why you would what to archive it if it's faulty...
