How can I set to quote only the last post text?

As you can see on the picture when we use the forum we use a lot of the "guote" button and so after all there is a lot of quoted text.

How can I set to qutoe only the text what is out of the "gray box"?

Is this a support topic or suggestion?

I think support beacuse I need some help.
