Profile toggle not working anymore

Description of problem

Hello!

Today me and my forum members have noticed, that profile toggle isn't working on our forums anymore. It's working, but not how it used to before. This is my previous topic, where you can see, what tutorial and what codes I've used. No new codes were added or edited and no templates were modified since when I've installed these codes. These codes made some of the profile fields to be hidden and seen only by pressing the button, and some of the fields to remain always visible. Now all the fields are invisible and we can see them only when we press the button. I've tested it on all possible devices (laptop, iPhone, iPad) and browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari). It just doesn't work for no one, no matter on which device or browser they log in to forum.

Did you change the titles of the profile fields?

No, I didn't. The only one thing that we did change was the theme (not forum version), and we change forum themes monthly, so I don't think that it's related. Because we changed the theme on April 1st, and since then everything was fine until now

When you change versions or themes, your CSS stylesheet and templates are erased.

Yes, I know. But like I said, we always changed themes before every month, and no such problem occured. Before every change, we test it on our testforum to be sure that everything works perfectly. And it always did. Besides we make every theme ourselves, host it in Hitskin and then install on our forum whole theme (with CSS too). And now in both of our forums' CSS we have this part from the tutorial:

It isn't gone. Neither is JS. It just doesn't work properly

Try resyncronizing your forum.

Administration Panel > General > Forum Configuration > Bottom of page

Thank you, I did that on both of my forums. There are no changes yet, but I guess resynchronization has to take some time so I just need to wait. I'll leave it until tomorrow. Then I will inform you, has it helped or not. Also if you have some other ideas how can I fix it, please share them

Because he does not have a profile so Profile toggle will not working 

Hello, thank you for checking my problem, but no, profile toggle doesn't work on regular members. I mean, it works: when I click the toggle button, it opens the whole profile and it's ok. But my problem is that before now I've had some profile fields above that button. These fields were visible in any case, and when I clicked the toggle button, it opened more fields. Now all of the profile fields became hidden somehow

The same issue is happening on our PunBB website and we even turned our JS edits to the members profile page off and it's still not functioning properly so I think that it's on Forumotion's end and not ours...:|
