How to put Referrals Link in your forum?

I need to put referrals links in members of my forum profile
it looks like this http:(url of forum)referredby=498

|
number of that registred user

And they invite poeple to jojin forum and i can see how many members how registerd they invite in forum

I search here in forum and not find question like this.
